Staff Training
All employees of Uprising Homes, Inc. are required by the MH/DD/SA rules to receive training and orientation within 30-days of employment. Staff are required to have the following trainings:
- Orientation
- Client Rights
- Confidentiality
- HIPAA
- Person Centered Planning
- Person Centered Thinking
- Specific Population Training
- Medicaid Documentation Training
- Medication Administration Training
- CPR/First Aide
- North Carolina Interventions (NCI)
- CAP/MR Training Requirements (CAP/MR services)
- 20 hours of Medicaid Enhanced Service Training
- Other trainings deemed required by the State
