Uprising Homes, Inc. was established as result of the desire and need to care for individuals with Mental Illness, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse disabilities and the lack of residential treatment and periodic service providers in the Bertie, Hertford, and Pitt counties. Uprising Homes, Inc. believes in providing quality mental health services on a level where the consumer understands and ensure they are an active participant in the development of their Person Centered Plan and improvement in mental health.
